These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of websites, software, advertising workflow tools, Meta advertising integrations, and related services provided by Featherway Consulting LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services
Our services may include internal advertising tools, bulk ad upload workflows, creative upload tools, draft and template management, campaign and ad set selection, and integrations with third-party advertising platforms such as Meta. The services are intended to help authorized users prepare, review, and submit advertising assets and related settings.
3. Eligibility and Authority
You may use the services only if you are legally able to enter into these Terms and have authority to act for the business, ad account, Page, pixel, website, and other assets you connect or manage. You are responsible for all activity performed through your account, credentials, browser, device, or connected platform access.
4. Meta Platform and Advertising Compliance
If you use any Meta-related functionality, you are responsible for complying with all applicable Meta terms, policies, and requirements, including Meta's Platform Terms, Developer Policies, Advertising Standards, Self-Serve Ad Terms, Business Tools Terms, Commercial Terms, Page policies, and any applicable Meta documentation or API requirements.
You authorize us to use Meta APIs and connected Meta permissions only as needed to provide the actions you request, such as reading ad accounts, Pages, pixels, campaigns, ad sets, ads, and related metadata; uploading creatives; creating ad creatives; and creating or managing ads. We do not control Meta's review, delivery, billing, enforcement, or approval decisions.
You must not use the services to bypass Meta review, evade enforcement, misrepresent products or services, submit prohibited content, violate Meta advertising policies, misuse Meta Platform Data, or create ads that you are not authorized to run.
5. User Content and Advertising Materials
You retain ownership of ad copy, headlines, descriptions, images, videos, URLs, templates, campaign names, targeting inputs, and other materials you submit ("User Content"). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, transmit, display, modify, format, and submit User Content solely to operate the services and perform actions you request.
You represent that you have all rights, licenses, permissions, consents, and substantiation needed for your User Content, offers, claims, landing pages, tracking parameters, and advertising campaigns. You are responsible for ensuring that all claims in your ads are truthful, lawful, not misleading, and supported by appropriate evidence.
6. Prohibited Uses
You must not use the services to violate law, platform rules, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, consumer protection rules, advertising regulations, or anti-spam requirements. You must not upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or sell platform data, share access tokens insecurely, reverse engineer the service, overload the service, bypass security controls, or use the service to facilitate fraud, discrimination, deceptive advertising, or other harmful activity.
7. Tokens, Credentials, and Connected Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your Meta accounts, access tokens, Business Manager access, Page roles, ad account roles, and related credentials secure. You authorize us to process tokens or credentials you provide solely to operate the connected features. You should revoke access immediately if you believe a token, account, or connected asset has been compromised.
8. Privacy and Data Deletion
Our collection and use of information is described in our Privacy Policy. Data deletion instructions are available at https://featherwaypublishing.com/data-deletion. By using the services, you acknowledge that browser localStorage may be used for drafts, templates, settings, and launch history.
9. Third-Party Services
The services may interact with third-party services, including Meta, hosting providers, analytics tools, browsers, payment processors, and other software providers. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party service availability, review decisions, API changes, outages, data handling, billing, account restrictions, or enforcement actions.
10. No Performance or Approval Guarantee
We do not guarantee that any ad, creative, campaign, ad set, landing page, account, token, app, or integration will be approved by Meta or any other platform. We do not guarantee ad delivery, spend, conversions, revenue, return on ad spend, audience availability, policy approval, account status, or business results.
11. Fees and Billing
If paid services are offered, fees, billing terms, taxes, renewal terms, and cancellation terms will be provided separately or at checkout. Meta ad spend, platform charges, payment processor fees, and third-party fees are separate from any fees owed to us unless expressly stated otherwise.
12. Intellectual Property
The services, software, workflows, interfaces, designs, text, logos, and other materials we provide are owned by Featherway Consulting LLC or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for rights expressly granted in these Terms, we reserve all rights in the services.
13. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the services if we believe you have violated these Terms, created legal or platform risk, misused connected accounts or data, failed to pay applicable fees, or used the services in a way that may harm us, users, third parties, or platform partners. You may stop using the services at any time and may request deletion as described in our Data Deletion instructions.
14. Disclaimers
The services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, accuracy, reliability, and error-free operation.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Featherway Consulting LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, ad account restrictions, platform enforcement, lost business opportunities, or advertising performance losses. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the services giving rise to the claim in the three months before the event giving rise to liability, or USD $100 if no amount was paid.
16. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Featherway Consulting LLC from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your User Content, advertising claims, landing pages, connected accounts, violation of these Terms, violation of law, violation of platform policies, or misuse of the services.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. To the extent permitted by law, disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to their jurisdiction and venue.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the services after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
