Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 4, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Featherway Consulting LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use our websites, advertising tools, and Meta advertising workflow applications.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect account and contact information, including your name, email address, company name, and account settings you provide.
When you connect Meta assets, we may process Meta user IDs, Business Manager access information, ad account IDs, Page IDs, pixel IDs, campaign IDs, ad set IDs, ad IDs, account names, currencies, time zones, and related advertising metadata.
We may process advertising content such as uploaded creative filenames, image and video metadata, ad copy, headlines, descriptions, destination URLs, CTA selections, UTM parameters, drafts, templates, and launch history.
We may also collect technical information such as browser, device, IP address, timestamps, error logs, API responses, and usage events needed to operate and secure the service.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to connect your Meta ad accounts, Pages, pixels, campaigns, ad sets, and ads; upload advertising creatives; create or manage advertising assets through Meta?s Marketing API; save drafts, templates, launch history, and uploader settings; debug errors; improve reliability; prevent abuse; secure the service; and comply with legal, security, and platform obligations.
3. Meta Platform Data
When you connect Meta assets, we only use Meta Platform Data to provide the advertising workflow you request, including reading account, campaign, Page, pixel, and ad set information and creating advertising assets at your direction.
We do not sell Meta Platform Data. We do not use Meta Platform Data for unrelated profiling, surveillance, or resale. We do not share Meta Platform Data with advertising networks, data brokers, or other unrelated third parties except as needed to provide the service, comply with law, protect rights and security, or communicate with Meta?s APIs at your direction.
4. Local Storage
Some data may be stored in your browser using localStorage, including drafts, copy templates, uploader settings, and launch history. This data remains on your device and browser unless you clear it or use available app controls to delete it.
5. File Uploads and Creative Data
Uploaded creatives may be temporarily processed by our server so they can be uploaded to Meta. We do not intentionally retain original creative file bytes longer than needed to complete the upload, unless a feature explicitly stores media. Meta may retain uploaded creatives, ads, and related data according to Meta?s own terms and policies.
6. How We Share Information
We may share information with Meta Platforms, Inc. and related Meta services when you connect or use Meta advertising features; hosting, infrastructure, logging, and security providers that help us operate the service; legal or regulatory authorities when required by law; and business successors if the service is transferred, merged, or acquired.
7. Data Retention
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Access tokens and connected-account information are retained until you disconnect the integration, request deletion, or we no longer need them. Browser localStorage data remains until you clear it.
8. Your Choices and Rights
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information we hold about you. You may also disconnect Meta access from your Meta account settings. To request deletion, visit our Data Deletion page.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including limiting access to credentials and using secure server-side storage where applicable. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children
The service is not intended for children under 13 or anyone under the age required by applicable law. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
