Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how to request deletion of data associated with Featherway Consulting LLC applications, including data connected through Facebook, Instagram, Meta Business Manager, Meta Pages, Meta Pixels, and Meta advertising accounts.

1. Remove Our App From Your Meta Account

You can revoke our app's access from Meta by going to Facebook settings, opening Apps and Websites, finding the relevant Featherway Consulting LLC app, and selecting Remove. This revokes future access and may trigger a data deletion request from Meta depending on your Meta settings and the app configuration.

2. Request Deletion From Us

To request deletion of data we hold, email us at info@featherway-publishing.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request - Featherway Consulting LLC".

Please include your name, your email address, the Meta account, Page, Business Manager, or ad account connected to the request if known, any relevant account ID or business name, and a short note saying you want your data deleted. We may need to verify your identity before deleting data.

3. What We Delete

After a verified deletion request, we will delete or de-identify data we control, including where applicable Meta access tokens, Meta user IDs connected to your account, connected ad account, Page, pixel, campaign, ad set, and ad metadata stored by us, saved drafts, templates, launch history, and uploader settings stored by us, and internal records no longer required to provide the service or meet legal obligations.

4. Browser localStorage

Some uploader data may be stored only in your browser. To delete this data, clear site data for featherwaypublishing.com and app.featherwaypublishing.com in your browser settings, or use any in-app draft, template, or history deletion controls provided by the app.

5. Data We Cannot Delete Directly

We cannot directly delete data stored inside Meta?s own systems, including ads, campaigns, ad creatives, Page content, pixel events, billing records, or Ads Manager history. To delete or manage that information, use Meta Business Manager, Meta Ads Manager, or Meta?s own privacy tools.

6. Timing

We will process verified deletion requests within 30 days unless a longer period is required or permitted by law. Some limited records may be retained where necessary for legal, tax, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or compliance purposes.

7. Confirmation

After processing your request, we will send confirmation to the email address used for the request. If Meta sends us a deletion request through its developer systems, we will process it according to Meta Platform requirements and return any required confirmation response if a callback endpoint is configured.
